Mui Ne is located 24 km north-east of the town of Phan Thiet.
It is a fishing village as well as a famous tourism area in
Binh Thuan Province.
Busses between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet run every 15 minutes,
stopping at all the green bus signs along the beach.
There is no airport in Phan Thiet, so the only way to get
there is by road or train from Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang.
By road:
Phan Thiet is 200km from Ho Chi Minh City, 247km from Da Lat, 250km from Nha Trang and 1,518km from Hanoi. The
National Highway 1A passes through Phan Thiet.
Bus ticket and open tours can be booked at travel agencies
in Pham Ngu Lao area in Saigon or in Nha Trang City.
Public bus tickets can be bought at Ben Xe Mien Dong (Mien
Dong Inter-province Bus Station) in Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City
Rental cars can be rented from travel agencies.
By train:
The
Thong Nhat express train between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
stops at Muong Man station (12 km northwest of Phan Thiet).
Besides there is a train runs daily from Ho Chi Minh City to
Phan Thiet, departing around 6:30AM and arriving five hours
later. The return trip leaves Phan Thiet around 1PM. Saigon Railway Station:
1 Nguyen Thong Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
