Happy New Tiger Year to you too.
First of all your service has always been very good and professional.
My only feedback would be that I did not realise that we had vouchers to
collect the tickets and not the actual tickets. So when we arrived at the train
station we were a bit confused where we had to go to. (It was also new year's
eve so i guess the satation was a lot busier than normal). I think originally
you said someone could meet us at the station and I guess if we had chosen to do
this it would not have been a problem. I'm not sure what your standard procedure
is.
But if your customers are going to the station by themselves - i would
make it clear that they have vouchers only and exactly where to go to collect
the tickets.

... Our trip was fine and well organized, hotels were
goods especially at Hoi An and Hue, Halong Bay trip
was exceptional, thanks ! We had also a wonderful
weather ! The guides were good and nice also even if
their french sometimes not so good.
